[glug-t] Status Update

The hall has been confirmed and the posters have been sent(to a limited no. of 
colleges.) We were running 24hrs out of schedule...

Yet to get the confirmation mail from Manik for the LCD projector.
Get the banners ready by Friday.
Get the meeting presentation slides from the speakers by Friday. 
(Speakers please mail me your presentations. This decision has been taken after 
what happened in the last meeting.)
