Hello Mr Shakthi Kannan,
I am really sorry to convey you that we are very unfortunate to have
your lectures this time.
Because of the uninformed model practical exams that are going to be
held in the college
for second and third years and as such the third years are having CPC exams,
we cannot have a full day made out in our schedule.

We really regret for not having your meeting this time and god willing
we can have it in the beggining of next semester by when we will have
ample time and resource to put your lecture to maximum reach among
students.

Once again we are really sorry for the inconvinience that we might
have arised to you.
