[glug-t] Squid & SSH.

Hi guys&girls,
I cannot connect to a SSH service from 
the our college INTERNET lab. Well they
run a squid @ some port {3128}. I want to
use PuTTY software for Windows NT 5.0 version
to access the network from there, to do some 
project work via a ssh-shell.

Is there a problem with the Squid configuration,
on the GNU/Linux box?

I appreciate if someone can spell a work-around
for it.
