[glug-t] Re: Rgarding Next glugt Meet of this semester

I think the idea is great and the set of topics quite a mouthful even for a
whole day. Do we have people to do each of the topics?
topics :
> 1 - kernel compilation and patch additon and linux in embedded systems

Is this really a single session topic? I mean I could understand putting
kernel compilation and patch addition together but where do embedded systems
come in?

2 - tcl/tk glade

This is fine, and I suppose you yourself (ie Suren) will be handling it.

3 - developing maintaining packages

Does anyone have any prior experience with this?

4 - spinning a distro

Are we going to learn how to make a distro or going to distribute one to our
nitt fellowhood?

6- workshop on something (has to as confirm this yet)

Should we have an introductory session for people new to the FSF philosophy
or should we have something more suitable for ourselves (the glugt
members). I mean should it tell people about the FSF (for newbies) or should
we have something for ourselves (like teaching how to use linux advocacy in
our meets, open source business models, etc)?

one full day - april 15th

I think this is fine since it has to be a full day , if we are going to
cover everything.
