There is a group of students at Jaya Engineering
College, Thiruninravur, Tamil Nadu, who call
themselves "Revmakx" [1].

They did PHP websites for clients in rentacoder and
earned some money :)

They were the ones who also did the PHP Code Builder
free/open source project:

Who knows, one day they might start their own company!
