[glug-t] Re: Pengufest

Hi,

support ,other non-free codecs and games. but apart from supporting non-free
softwares i think running CSor UT under non-windows OS is illegal . May be
someone can throw light on it."

We can still distribute it unofficially, can't we? By the UT is fine,
it runs natively on linux! Distributing it is not legal i believe.

This is good idea. The Freedom Toaster (http://www.freedomtoaster.org/) idea.

I sure will... next week when I am back in college.

I think we need a separate thread to discuss this. Aadu start one please.

"hard copy manuals"

I think this is a bit difficult to implement. Is it not easier to just
create a soft version (not that that is less work) and ask them to
print it out?

IMO, the things to decide immediately are (in decreasing order of priority):
1) What to put in the distro.
2) What distros to use to do the packaging in.
3) When and Where do we have the Pengufest.

I am starting threads on the first two. Aadu will start one on the third.
