[glug-t] Meeting Work

We will be starting work earlier this time to avoid collision with our sem
exams. Everyone concerned please mail me when your jobs done.
 
If you are busy or cannot do the job please get somebody else to do the job.

Heres the next meeting's plan:

        Update Webpages, Prev Meeting Minutes, CD Library Page, Reaching the 
meeting
place...
        Include door no in meeting venue information. Webadmins please update 
the pages
as fast as you can. The website is the face of the group.

          Mailing List Admin
        Publicize our mailing list at other user group mailing lists.
        
6       : Mohan 
        Prepare posters, Prepare letter, to be posted to all colleges and 
institutions
by 15th. Please include the door no of the meeting venue in all posters and
letters. Others can help him by sending him addresses of colleges and
institution. Please concentrate a lot here.

8       : Vijay Kumar
        Check out with Accel regarding the LCD projector

10      : Vijay Kumar
        Remind speakers about the meeting.

15      : Mohan
        All posters and letters should be posted by this date.

18      : Inform "The Hindu" and other newspapers, for the engagements column.

22      : Meeting Minutes, Webpage update with information regarding the next
meeting.
