It's great to have Novell and Infosys, in the game. But be careful with the=
se guys. Get the rules straight.=20

* Presentations using free software ONLY.
=20=20
  People in the corporate world find it very hard to understand what's so s=
tupid about giving a presentation on free software, using non-free software=
.=20

* Presentations about free software ONLY. No ads for proprietary stuff.

  We all know this, but it's a common mistake in most free software events.=
 For example, Linux Bangalore 2003 had a session on some proprietary stuff =
from Microsoft!

* Maintain privacy of the participants.
=20
  Don't barter email ids of the participants for sponsorships. Desperate or=
ganizers, do such things... In Probe 2004, the organizers traded of the ema=
il ids of all it's participants for a load full of outdated magazines.=20

And finally don't forget to have a session on free software philosopy, even=
 though it's a technical event.

Regards,
Vijay
