[glug-t] GtkTextView Tutorial

Guys,
I have finally completed one of my long pending tasks - the
GtkTextView Tutorial. It is available at http://www.bravegnu.org/

Please send in your patches/feedbacks. I would especially like to have
help in the following

* Comprehensibility of the tutorial
* Anything important for a gnubie, that has been missed out
* Weeding out typos
* Weeding out bugs in the example code
