[glug-t] GNUcleus Meeting

We had two people from SASTRA Ashwin and Banerjee. And 6 from NITT, including
Rams, Manik, Mohan, TVS, talkative SriRam and myself.

The following was decided.

Venue:
NITT A2 Hall

The Speakers are
* Mr. Bharati of Indlinux
* Mr. Krishnan of Carizen
* One more from RedHat

I have confirmed Mr. Bharati and Mr. Krishnan.
Balaji Sir is yet to confirm the person from Redhat.

The contest list is
* Quiz
* Software Presentation

The Quiz will have two prizes.
In Software Presentation we will shortlist 5 softwares and each of the
shorlisted softwares will be given a prize.
The details of the prize amount is given below.

Prizes:
- Quiz winner will receive 8 Debian GNU/Linux CDs and a sponsored donation to
some software foundation.(Like Gnome, KDE, Debian, FSF, ...)
- The quiz runner up will receive 8 Debian CDs alone.
- All the 5 shortlisted for the software presentation will receive 3 Debian
GNU/Hurd CDs and a sponsored donation to a software foundation.

Tentative schedule for the day is as follows:
09:00 - Inaugration and Distribution of Sweets!
09:30 - Ist Session
11:00 - Quiz Prelims
11:30 - IInd Session
13:00 - Lunch Break
14:00 - Quiz Finals
15:00 - IIIrd Session
16:30 - Software Presentation
18:30 - Vote of Thanks

       - Rs. 100 for 2nd prize in Quiz(Only CDs)
Misc. - Rs. 100
