You can use C-M-s to regular expression search.
(M-x isearch-forward-regexp)
C-M-r to reverse regular expression search.
(M-x isearch-backward-regexp)

Learn to use emacs manual. It is with in emacs.. C-h i m emacs RET
also make emacswiki.org your buddy.
