[glug-t] Books and T-Shirts

I have asked Manik to do the following, just wanted to remind him
1) Decide on a payment model for people outside Trichy
2) Decide on a delivery model for people outside Trichy
3) Put that information on the website

Please do it as soon as possible. I am getting a lot of queries from people 
outside Trichy and I have no solid answer for them.

If you can get that done, we can make announcement through FN's GNULinuxInIndia
