[glug-t] Audio recording of the speech

The audio recording of the video conference with Richard Stallman, organized by
the ECE dept of NITT, is available from http://www.nitt.edu/probe/speech.ogg
The speech was recorded at a 16kHz sampling rate using snd-recorder and encoded
into Ogg vorbis using oggenc. The file is a 'raw' recording, I haven't edited
it yet.
