[glug-t] A new sister GLUG at SASTRA

The GNU/Linux User Group of Trichy is creating sister GLUGs in colleges in and
around Trichy. The aim is to get a better reach to the students and to gain
access the college's resources for related events.

The students of SASTRA have the inauguration function of their sister GLUG
today, with the following topics
1) The GNU Manifesto
2) Introduction to GNU/Linux
