[glug-t] 400 error

hi all,
i have been experiencing this strange problem on my laptop for last one
week. Every time i try sending a POST request ,i get a 400 error . I try
posting on my weblog i get this,even editing options ,and as such using an
webapp i try sending the information ,i get a 400
It says "
Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
 ------------------------------
Apache/2.0.54 Server at gridserver.com Port 80 "

what could be the reason ? any suggestions ?
This occurs both in windows and linux .
