Hi team!
Yes, we have two options:
1) Hand in our project till 7th June.
2) Don't hand in our project till 7th June.
But in the second case there is a question when will be the next term.
I agree with Maria, that we should try to finish our project till the 7th June.
It's also according to our plan.
So it means:
* Everyone must agree with it and start working on the project.
We must:
* write documentation.
* create installer for Windows and Linux (I have tried the one for Mac and it
works)
* fix critical bugs on Mac (there are at least two...I was testing Mac last
weekend)
* finish implementation of settings, and storing of the application state.
* create translations and find the way how we will be changing the language
* add tool for map caching (Maria knows what it means)
* finish map picking in task declaration (task points moving & creating custom
points)
...most of these issues are still in progress, but we should solve them as soon
as possible.
We don't need:
* Optimize (performance is sufficient in Release mode) ...but the map picking
shouldn't slow down the application.
...it also means, that we don't need on demand rendering, if it is difficult
...it has lower priority than forementioned issues.
...in fact we need it, because it is nonsense that CPU runs at maximum all the
time, but the application is usable anyway.
* Watch with fountain - please concern on critical issues.
So what do you think? Please reply.
I want to hear everyones opinion, because if we want to finish our project now,
we need everyones best effort.
