[glideplan_swproj] New version of SeeYou

There is new version of SeeYou, which was released at the end of the last year.

Beside several minor features SeeYou 4.2 has been inovated with:
* graphical instruments displaying: speed, altitude, vertical speed
* adding photos to cup and igc files --> results in new igcx and cupx formats.
It seems that these new formats are zip packages containing original file and
also photos.
* viewing photos during animation. - If you add photos to igc, they are
displayed in separate window/panel as a slideshow. Current photo is
synchronized with animation.
