Typically it's 6th-12th, but depending on ability some 5th graders (they
recommend being at least 10 yo) can play.

Our annual PARENT MEETING will be at 6:30pm on Monday, October 24th at
Gospel Baptist Church. The address is 5945 N. Church Street, Greensboro, NC
27455. Please use the far left entrance.
It is highly expected that parent(s) or guardian(s) of every player attend
this meeting. The GC Heat board members and coaches will cover information
and answer questions. The GC Heat board will also provide forms that need to
be filled out, signed and sent into our League.
