Thanks for your letter. Your effort is unique. It is welcomed, but it
is very much complex. The entire system is deformed. It needs a
radical change. Sri Aurobindo did tapasya for 50 Yrs. for the same. He
descended Supramental Power for transformation of the world. It is
under process. I apply my response through teaching, writing,
research, conducting seminar/ conferences for awareness. I extend the
positive work as per possible in my field. I am also a founder of Sri
Aurobindo Integral Education Centre for 20 years and members of 8
Important organisations in India.

The International Organization for Educational Development “IOED” – An
International Diplomatic Mission is an International Autonomous Sovereign
Body duly registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other
Agencies of the Government of India e.g. NITI Aayog. The IOED has also been
recognized as a specialized institution duly approved by the 69th United
Nations General Assembly. It is an International Socio-economic Development
Organization aimed at the development through education. It is a Development
International Institution (DII) connected with the Sovereign States by the
Headquarter Agreements which sought to establish a permanent organization in
various countries to continue work on a joint Skill and Entrepreneurship
development program and in particular to supervise the distribution of aid
for social development. The IOED is a worldwide body and fully accredited
permanent organization established under a charter and constitutional
protocol for educational and economic co-operation, functioning in
accordance with the United Nations through the United Nations Convention
signed in Vienna between the States on April 18, 1961 on Diplomatic and
Consular Relations. The IOED is having special Extraterritorial Status duly
registered and approved to establish Internal Court and Force to protect its
Mission Offices world-wide like a Sovereign Nation.
Many African, Caribbean and European Nations have also shown their interest
to sign the IOED HQ Agreement on the issue of the Skill, Entrepreneurship
and Trade Development. The IOED is also one of the International Partner of
many International Institutions working globally on the issue of the
Sustainable Development, can change the entire scenario overnight if the
government as well as stakeholders show interest and support with funding
and technical support as per timely requirement in the universal interest.
We have already informed to Shri Narendra Modi and waiting for the available
date to declare a conference in which IOED HQ Agreements may sign in the
presence of the Honourable Prime Minister.
Directly or indirectly, we support the Mission and Vision of the Ministry of
Home Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Housing and Urban
Poverty Alleviation, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise,
Ministry of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Ministry of Rural
Development, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers
Welfare, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Human
Resource Development, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Ministry of Skill
Development & Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports,
Ministry of AYUSH, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Ministry of
Development of North Eastern Region, Ministry of Environment, Forests &
Climate Change and the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
The International Organization for Educational Development – IOED is running
the following courses: Ayurveda, Character (Moral) Education, Computer
Literacy, Foreign Language, General Knowledge, Personality Development, Self
Defense and Skill for the particular trade as per local area requirement and
Yoga. These all short term vocational courses may be completed in one year
only. The “National Skill Development Certification Council” – to Create
Global Cadre for skilled workforce to meet global demand of skilled workers
will certify. The 10th and 12th passed School dropout students and above are
highly recommended for these short term vocational courses. There are huge
employment opportunities within India and abroad if candidates are cultured
and have good knowledge about the particular trade because we are entering
in almost countries.
We also extend best possible support from the initial stage up to marketing
the products to establish own Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise. We are
also planning to start Bio-Energy (Oil & Gas) producing Projects from the
Solid Waste. Also ready to extend best possible support to the Ministry of
New and Renewable Energy to promote Solar Energy Projects in all associate
countries world-wide.
This movement is enough to eradicate deep rooted poverty and illiteracy if
started in all the rural and sub-urban areas in association with its Partner
institutions and mutual support of the local educational institutions and
trainers.
Being citizen everybody wants Education, Health, Drinkable Water,
Electricity, and Safety, Security and Justice.
Every Ministry has enough funds, PSUs also have to spend 2% of the profits
on the issue of the Corporate Social Responsibilities and UN Agencies also
claim to provide funds for the Humanitarian Projects. We are trying our
best.
Kindly encourage your nearby Schools, Colleges, Institutions and
Universities to start our above noted one year Skill Development nine
vocational courses program so that the “National Skill Development
Certification Council” may certify and new enterprises may be established to
eradicate unemployment problem. Our certified skilled manpower may also get
jobs in our partner countries.
Kindly let us know if you find any type of problem regarding teaching system
and shortage of the infrastructure, etc. so that the IOED may make pressure
on the concerned authorities in the interest of the students, teachers as
well as educational system. The IOED wants to uplift the Indian Education
System.
