Dear Dr sahib,
It is pleasure for me to have contact to a respectable person of
international repute. My name is Noor Muhammad by cast Larik .did my ph.d
from UK ,served as Director General of Federal Bureau of Statistics, had a
chance to visit you country two times . Now I retired from Comsats
Institute of Informaion Technology , Islamabad Pakistan as an Advisor on
statistics,in June 2016. Presently with my son in UK, will return back to
Pakistan by the end of oct.2016. I would like to be the member of GHA
please send the procedure etc, in this connection.
