It feels good that I did made a proper bug reporting. Too bad I'm not a 
java geek :)
It seems that platform-independt sound library is hard thing to acheive...

My 20cents... If it is not possible to detect locking, (maybe it is not 
a proper way to handle the situation but) we can always going around the 
problem. If environment is non-window, then non-simple sound... hmm. 
this isn't good. But if there is really no way to detect that simple 
sound would work properly or not in linux, It should not be used in that 
environment. eh... ? :)
