Crap.
I change the "<command> <gameid> <parameters>" syntax back to the old state
without gameid. It breaks too much at the moment.
It is very ugly if the syntax for the commands sent to IGS has to differ
depending on your toggle state and if you are playing single or multiple
games. I tried to avoid this. But currently obviously the problems are
larger than the gains.
