The cascading gGo board windows bug is fixed meanwhile. But as that is
currently the only change I made since the 0.4 release, I did not bother
with a new release, this fix is not worth the trouble.
The DOS windows are not opened by gGo, Windows opens them. So gGo has no
influence on their position. Somehow I managed to configure my Windows so
the DOS console is not opened when GNU Go is started, but don't ask me how
I did it. Randomly clicked some settings checkboxes in the DOS console
properties. :)
