Cheers,
the new GNU Go release 3.4 is available. I put a Windows executable
on the
gGo webpage. Linux users probably prefer to compile it themselves.
The gnugo-3.4-win.zip archive contains one file: gnugo.exe
Replace your existing gnugo.exe. If your old gnugo.exe was called
different, adjust the filename in the gGo preferences, so gGo will find
the
new executable.
The 3.4 release is based on the GTP2 protocol, 3.2 used GTP1. It
should
work without problems in gGo, as I added GTP2 support some months
ago
already. However, if you notice strange gGo <=3D> GNU Go interaction
with the
new version, please let me know.
