Cheers,

I have not recieved a particular report like this, but I cannot say very
much about Windows XP as I don't have it (using Linux and Windows 2000 on
various computers). However, I know several people who have no problem
running gGo on Windows XP, whatever edition I don't know.

Do you have a somewhat recent Java installed? Sun Java 1.4.1 works well. Do
you run other Java applications besides gGo, do those show the same problem?
Don't even try to run gGo with the Microsoft Java environment that comes
with the latest XP service pack, that won't work.

Check if you get a gGo logfile, if it shows some errors, please email it to
me. Also check if you get a Java error report.
You find both usually in your home directory, what would be something like
C:\Documents and Settings\username\
The gGo log is .ggo.log, the Java log is something like hs_1234.pid with a
random number part.

I suppose it will be quite difficult to evaluate, on Windows there can be
dozens of reasons for crashing software, ranging from driver incompatibility
to a virus infection. However, sometimes the above two logfiles give the
reason.
