Here's my two cents as a "lay" user of gGo:
I have just recently come to IGS and gGo, and I like gGo for its
integration of GnuGo, its fine user interface, and, as Peter mentioned, its
superior graphics. Open source doesn't matter to me if that means a client
that can easily be abused for cheating. I would in fact willingly pay a
modest fee for the use of gGo as I feel those who produce excellent and
useful software should be compensated for it, if they so wish.
