Are you using a firewall? If yes, does it block outgoing connections to
ports 6969 and 7777? Try if you can connect to IGS using a DOS console,
type "telnet igs.joyjoy.net 6969" or "telnet igs.joyjoy.net 7777", if
this connects g(l)Go should connect as well. If this fails, you have a
firewall problem.
Other things you can try:
In the dialog where you setup your account (glGo: menu Connection -
Setup account, gGo: menu Connection - Configure), replace the server
host name "igs.joyjoy.net" with the IP "210.155.158.200", and try both
ports 6969 and 7777.
If above doesn't help, I'd need to see your logfiles:
If you are using gGo, email me:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\.ggo.log
If you are using glGo:
C:\Documents and Settings/<username>\glGo\glGo.log

No worries, many non-native english speakers here, including myself. :)
