The trouble is, I need uim (for japanese input), and all the other applications are working fine with it. Is there a way to know if the problem comes from glGo or from libuim? Thx.

Thanks for narrowing that down. Bluntly, I havn't the slightest idea, I never used libuim (not even installed). I will apt-get it and check. Might take a day or two... Will report back to you.
