That's allright. IGS does only remove single groups (with the smallest
"group" being one stone). Unlike KGS, which somehow magically can remove
non-adjacent dead stones, too. So if you have single dead stones, you indeed
need to click all of them invividually. Besides the fact that i have no idea
how to write a detect-dead-stones algorithm, this is a server-side issue
anyways.

Should, in theory. I had so far no trouble with scoring in my recent games I
played with gGo 0.4. However, I wont exclude things could go wrong. If that
happens again, send me the .ggo.log file (found in $HOME). Without knowing
some more details I cannot comment much on this now except it worked for me
so far. Can you reproduce the problem somehow?

Well, no idea if bug or not. If you can reproduce it and provide me with
some more info and the logfile, I can say more. If it doesnt happen again
anymore, probably user error then. :)
