Thanks for the notice, Peter.  I had experienced this behavior as I am one 
of those who came to gGo with v0.3.2, running it under Windows XP 
Pro.  Note however, that when I opened .ggoc to edit the globalOffsetY 
value, it was listed as -24 and not -29.
