My KJV says "fowl that may fly above the earth IN the open firmmanet of
heaven."  --  IN the firmament of heaven, not UNDER it.  Kind of different,
wouldn't you say?

I will stick with KJV.  Why?  Because it is the inerrant Word of God.  (not
to be stubborn or rude, but it's the truth.)
