Philip,

Yours is a good point, and one that I have been pondering for the last two or
three days.

Messiah arrives (is born) from the seed of Abraham (both Josef and Miriam are
of the seed of Abraham, through King David), but he is not the seed of Abraham.
He must be the seed of YeHVaH, because he is the only begotten son of the Most
High.

The question really boils down to whether I believe that YeHVaH Elohiym,
hallowed be His name, created Yeshuwa' from nothing and placed him in Miriam's
womb, or whether the Holy Spirit fertilized Miriam's egg. At the moment I do
not know. Perhaps I'll never know.

A fine question.

Neville.

Neville I just wonder then, why Scripture went to so much trouble to show the
Royal lineage of David to Mary His mother. Are you saying that Jesus had a
unique genetic structure perhaps a reformation of the perfect man Adam? There
is nothing to prevent God from perfecting the gene pool to produce Mary who
bore the second Adam, giving Him the First Adams, genes.

Philip.

Nowhere does Yeshuwa' claim to be Elohiym, but the son of the Most High.
Therefore, if you are right, Yeshuwa' is not the seed of Abraham. And if I am
right, then he is not the seed of Abraham either, because he is the seed of
YeHVaH Elohiym, hallowed be His name.

Neville.
