[geocentrism] Premises Must Be Proven First

Dear Fr. Joseph,
A clarification t make it even clearer for you:
Forget Orthodoxy vs the Roman Church for a minute. Say, instead, you were
trying to prove to me that flight of an object heavier than Air is possible.
And let’s assume that you’d have to prove this to me in a theoretical manner.
Now, let’s assume that I do not accept the concept of aerodynamics, or as a
minimum I have no knowledge of it.
Isn’t it true, that in order to actually prove it to me and convince me, you
would have to take a step back and prove aerodynamics to me FIRST, before you
went on to explain wing shapes and how an plane actually can fly?
Would I not then have to at some point accept the theory behind aerodynamics in
order to use it further in the proof of the next step?
The answer is yes. Thus I am sure you see my point now, which is that you
cannot use premises that I now see as false and/or do not accept in order to
prove further points to me.
Stav
