Dear Paul, I forgot to ask, do you have any further comment about the two photos of the Moon? That takes care of your assumption about me doubting my senses. However do you think I could say a similar thing to you about evolution? But Jack, if you were given a business class ticket for a trip around the Moon, you'd find some reason to doubt your senses. Anyone with eyesight can see that the first photo screams of a small moon. try comparing it to the NASA moon shots. Did you read my second reply to Philip? Well lenses of different focal lengths produce images with different effects. Try photographing a single object with a short and a long focal length lens adjusting your distance from the object so as to produce two images which fill equal amounts of the frame. If the focal length ratio is > 2:1 you should see at least some differences. For easy comparison, ensure that the angles remain the same for both shots -- eye level is convenient. Also, aperture is important as it affects depth of field so keep that a constant as well. Paul D ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- National Bingo Night.
