I would have to write a book Paul, and I'm not going to do that for you.
How about commandment eight, "Thou shalt not steal".
So don't steal food from Safeway Grocery Store and then eat it.
But earn your own money, or raise it voluntarily and then go buy
some food and then eat it and satisfy your stomach.
Likewise don't steal money to buy a telescope or Space Shuttle
or particle accelerator. But earn your own money, or raise it voluntarily and
then go buy some telescopes and then look through it to satisfy your eyes.
You see? I have just solved the whole Geocentrism versus heliocentricity
debate, there is no other answer, this is the only answer. It is The Enormous
Purple Dinosaur in the backyard that everyone refuses to acknowledge and no one
is allowed to talk about. By all means believe in heliocentrism, Geocentrism,
flat Earth, concave Earth but do not ask "The State" to steal ( tax ) a median
income father and then give it to some other people who are curious about the
sky.
Because you know what? For all I know the Earth could be flat,
everyone who has not PERSONALLY seen the Earth from a space
ship HAS TO agree with that, nobody is allowed to disagree,
it is "illegal" to disagree with that statement. And I only mean
100.0000 per cent sure. It is OK to be 99% sure that the Earth
is not flat. But even all that is irrelevant to the moral ( stealing
question of, "If you want to find out Then Use Your Own
( or VOLUNTARILY RAISED ) Satan-Darned Money".
Paul is that good enough for, "please explain in your own words"?
