[GeoSTL] www.geocaching.com Recent Logs page down

I just noticed the www.geostl.com job that searches for
new cache logs is failing.  Jeremy is having problems
with access to the SQL Server database, so noone can
get to the recent logs page on www.geocaching.com.

The error is:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
       [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL
Server]Transaction
       (Process ID 119) was deadlocked on lock resources
with another
       process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim.
Rerun the
       transaction.
