[GeoStL] wrong coordinates on new cache

I am so sorry!!!  I went out this evening (7:30 or so) to check the
coordinates of my new cache, and found that they were wrong!  I really feel
bad that I frustrated and wasted the time of at least five people.  (I will
blame the bad reading on the tree cover overhead.)

I have changed the lat/long on the cache page.  Should I also add a hint?
Should I increase the difficulty or terrain rating?  Sorry about all this,
but I am really new at cache-placing (this is my first)
