[GeoStL] the president started it

Gale, 

If I had that much control over nature, they'd be no 5/5 caches, no puzzle
caches, and Rich's caches would all make sense to me.  As it is, I'm a
victim of nature like everyone else.  I saw this big old black snake while
out caching with CDS2311 and now we have ticks!  The next thing you know,
it'll rain every weekend and we'll have poisen ivy to deal with.  Don't
blame me, blame Mother Nature.  

I just use a billion dollar satelite system to hunt for $3.95 tupperware
containers in the woods. How dangerous is that?  :)
