Jim,
   Your settings need to be in quotes

EXPORT Type=DEL Settings="Hidden"
EXPORT Type=DEL Settings="Hidden-Flag"
EXPORT Type=DEL Settings="Hidden-Off"

I believe they are also case sensitive
