More rules to remember....
1st the National Parks Service,
Now unfortunately, National Recreation Areas are off-limits to geocaching
, even though they are supposed to be for "recreation." They allow all
sorts of other uses from snowmobiling to motorcycles to boating.

is a forum post about US Fish & Wildlife ruling against geocaching on any
lands under their jurisdiction (including National Wildlife Refuge's) as
well as any lands that they fund through the Pitmann Robertson Act. How are
we ever gonna know who funds the various areas?
It is getting impossible to keep track of all the types of prohibited areas
and where they are all located.
