[GeoStL] lots of changes...

I just say some new log types have been added. One is a "Change 
Coordinates"  where you can edit (slightly) the coordinates of your 
cache right from a log entry. I haven't tried it but I hear it works.

I saw a "send to phone link"  was added too

Category management opened up to premium members in the waymarking 
section now. So we (i think) can create new categories.
