[GeoStL] Re: logging question

-
The 'it is not a find if you do not sign the logbook' seems to
be a very strong belief among the geocaching community.
That's not a lot to ask and I live by that guideline. (It's not
about the find count, to me.) I personally would not log the
cache you saw, as a find. If it was noted on the cache page
that the terrain was a 4 or 5, then you have to hunt it with
the idea that you might not have the tools or physical ability
to get it. However, if I felt deceived or the terrain rating
was not correct, I would be very verbal about my disappointment
in a cache log. If I thought the cache shouldn't have been
approved in the first place, I'd also make my feelings known.

I'm already a geo-martre - might as well continue the reputation
for the sake of safe and quality caching.

Oh, yeah ... and NO MORE MICROS! :-)

that the goal is to find the cache, and you found it. I'd log it.
