[GeoStL] Re: logging question

-

The general guidance is if you don't log in the log book you can't log it on
line. However as noted by others the cache owner can make allowances. I
have found a few that were high in trees and I only logged those that I was
able to climb up to, those that I was not able to climb up to I did not log
as finds. If the cache is rated with a high terrain rating then the owner
is expecting (rightfully so) that you climb up and sign the log. This is
the reason that for ratings, some caches just won't be able be logged as by
everyone.
