Hi,
I am relatively new to geocashing.
I was vacationing in Alaska for the last 2 weeks and tried to look for some
caches there with some success.
One cache that I "found" was not reachable by me. It was hidden under a
bridge in the superstructure. I could visually see the plastic container but
did not have a ladder or sufficient physical strenght to get to the container,
open it and make a log entry.
According to geocaching protocal can I log this as a "find" or must one
actually open the cache and make a log entry for it to count?
Joe
