In my post below I used the carriage return (enter) once following "i am
sending plain text". I have a preferences and a settings tab but there is=
 no
place on either to set the line length. =

Good suggestion, but, no joy. The donut and coffee are still up for grabs=

I'm not sure about the extra characters but you might
want to check "options" or "preferences" in whatever
e-mail program you are using and set the line length
to 80. I assume you are not hitting any key [like
"enter" or "tab"] to signal the end of a line and are
just letting the text word wrap automatically. =

Or have you tried all this already?
