I have it.  I have the original old phone, so I can't actually navigate with 
it, but it does call up all the caches in an area that I'm in.  I can do 
unplanned cacheing that way.  All I have to do is pull up the nearby caches on 
the phone then plug the coords in my GPS and I'm off.  I definately think it's 
worth the ten bucks.  With the 3GS you can actually use your phone to navigate 
to the cache.
