Nancy,
I have it and use it. Right now it is a Work in Progress and Dan Foster is
continually upgrading. It is an extension to ExpertGPS with all that
functionality along with Geocache management added to the top. One of the
classes that SLAGA will be presenting next year will give an overview of
GeoBuddy along with ExpertGPS and GSAK.
