[GeoStL] Re: bbq in columbia

I was the lone SLAGA cacher at the picnic.  But it was lots of fun.  I did a
22-cache geobinge.  I would have got 24 and made 300 today except for
problems with the new Jefferson City caches.  I found the one that was about
200 feet off, but the one that has coordinates over a mile off threw me.  I
spent over an hour trying to find it but the clue was "none needed."

Camped both nights.  Rain stopped Friday night long enough to get my tent
up.  Then it rained through the night until it was time to get up for a long
day of caching.  Weather great all weekend, only got down to 31 last night.

There are lots of very nice caches in Columbia. (Particularly south of the
city.) Lots of them are lots of walking and climbing.  I know I walked at
least 20 miles this weekend.  I'm sore and tired.  Bruce, I don't know how
you do it!
