[GeoStL] Where is the pond? GCPQAP (by Rocfish)

-

I just posted the below log about this cache, and thought I'd pass it on.
This is a GREAT cache! If you're looking to blow an hour or two, and are
willing to sit down and watch all the wildlife go by, this could be the
best cache in close proximity to the city.

Thanks Rocfish!!!

I like the idea of belief in drug-prohibition as a religion in that it is
a strongly held belief based on grossly insufficient evidence and
bolstered by faith born of intuitions flowing from the very beliefs they
are intended to support.

Without question, this is the most fun me or Slowbob has had on any cache
we've yet done (we're still new to this, at around ~60 hits).

The tree cover in there makes the GPS useless, so we spent about an hour
trying to triangulate an area. Once we did that, we found

### something;-) ###

and shortly after that a hint from the web notes led me right to the cache
itself. Very, VERY inventive!!!

We were just signing the log when we heard others coming (they HAD to be
geocachers, as nobody else would possibly be coming there from the
direction of the water), so we had to hurry unexpectedly and hurry away:
this cache was *so* innovative, I didn't want them seeing where I was and
thereby ruin the surprise of this great hunt!

Thank you SO much for this GREAT cache!!! I had a blast! While looking for
the cache we saw, in order: A big (~5-6" long) lizard (kind of like a
jumbo chameleon), a bunch of grass snakes, a HUGE turtle, and couple a
gigantic ant farms, a toad, and a small bees nest. There's a LOT of
wildlife in there!!!

Took nothing, left a WG1$, SL and added an extra pencil.
