I don't often trade items but one thing I do like is old coins and things of
that nature.
I set up a cache "Tri-State Cache Dash"  now archived that had lots of cool
stuff in it with instructions to take only 1 item unless otherwise noted
but, most of it was stolen so, i'm not sure I recommend putting anything of
much value in a cache. Here's a list of the things I placed in my cache:
The original contents were:

1) $5.00 pre-paid phone card

2) $10.00 pre-paid gas card

3) 5 Burger King gift certificates (Take them all)

4) 2 Passes to Backwaters night club (Take both)

5) $20.00 gift certificate to Lake View Restaurant
